Arthur Thompson a stalwart of the local community in the Howard district
And group leader of the SES with 30 years of service and 21 of them as leader is being honoured at a farewell function at the community centre at Howard QLD Australia.
The state emergency services throughout the country know only too well the input of its many members and the community respects the efforts of these
Individuals and groups, especially those that lead by example
